Concentration continuation

This is an idea for making my food art "darker"

Silk art

 My silk art is all about the Native American culture. It was really hard to detail, that was the biggest challenge. I would have to say I got a 3 on the AP scale.

  I chose food art because I was playing with the concept and it just clicked. I like the meaning behind the importance of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I went photo pure for the concentration. I wanted to bring out the power of each shot and not manipulate the photo. I used a back drop to help bring out colour and makes the photos more dynamic. This is important to me because food is important to me. 

Narrative Series

     I did my narrative series when I went climbing with my dad and sister.

I got portraiture for my weekly challenge. For this I went in depth with manual photography and I thought it turned out to be great. I do wish I had a more interesting background but I'm still happy about how it turned out.

Weekly challenge 1

I did the subject of using the colour red without actually using red. I decided to use poker as the subject because just because the cards are red, there are many defferent emotions that are linked with poker that relate to the colour red.

      Durring the sweet summer times I took a trip down to downtown Denver with a couple art buddies of mine to go capture some beautiful Urban art. When I was in Denver I found some great graffiti art and I wanted to capture them to show how great urban artwork can be.
